The health and well-being of our Young Traffic Offenders Program (YTOP) class attendees is important to us as we closely monitor the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The YTOP class scheduled for Friday, March 20 is cancelled. Sentencing courts have been notified. If you were scheduled to attend the class on Friday, March 20, please call 816-276-4900 to reschedule. All rescheduling must be done via phone.

YTOP is a six hour program from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on select Fridays at one of two area hospitals. Participants are asked to arrive by 8:45 a.m. for check-in and must present their photo ID. Attendees should bring lunch or $5-$8 to purchase lunch in the cafeteria.

The cost to attend the class is $70. The $70 YTOP registration fee will appear on your credit card statement as a charge from The Research Foundation. Payment must be received at the time of registration. Class registration is limited and is provided on a first come, first serve basis. Registrations are not accepted after the Wednesday prior to your class.

No-shows and those participants rescheduling fewer than 10 days prior to their scheduled class date will be charged an additional $35 rescheduling fee. You must call 816-276-4900 to reschedule. Rescheduling cannot be completed online. There will be a $25 processing fee if a cancellation is requested.
