The seminar is open to physicians and other health professionals. Advance registration and payment are required in order to confirm your reservation. Registration ends on September 22 at 4 p.m. Replacements/substitutes will be accepted with advance notice to The Research Foundation. There will be a $25 processing fee for those requesting a refund.
