Young Traffic Offenders Program (YTOP) is a hospital-based program with several contributing health care professionals. To keep those health care professionals and our YTOP attendees safe during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the class has been shortened and registration is limited.

You will receive an email the Wednesday before class with additional information. Please respond to that email to confirm that you will be attending.

Attendees should arrive at 12:30 p.m. and will need a valid photo ID. To comply with CDC and city recommendations, the following measures will be take to ensure the safety of everyone involved:

  • Checking temperatures as each person enters the building
  • Providing a mask (if attendee does not have their own)
  • Providing hand sanitizer in the room
  • Setting the room so that all chairs are a minimum of 6 feet apart

The cost to attend the class is $70. The $70 YTOP registration fee will appear on your credit card statement as a charge from The Research Foundation. Payment must be received at the time of registration. Class registration is limited and is provided on a first come, first serve basis. Registrations are not accepted after noon on the Thursday prior to the class.
