The seminar is open to physicians and other health professionals. Advance registration and payment are required in order to confirm your reservation. Registration is limited to seating capacity. Registration ends on October 26 at 4 p.m. Walk-in registrants will be accepted based on seating availability. Replacements/substitutes will be accepted with advance notice to The Research Foundation. On-site substitutes must have the original registrant’s confirmation with them for admittance. There will be a $25 processing fee for those requesting a refund.
