The Research Foundation awards $37,000 in scholarships to regional physical therapy students

KANSAS CITY, Mo., (Jun. 13, 2024) – The Research Foundation has awarded $37,000 in scholarships to students studying physical therapy in the Kansas City region.

Eligible students were enrolled in their second year of the Doctor of Physical Therapy program with a graduation date of December 2025 at Rockhurst University or May 2026 at University of Kansas or University of Missouri-Columbia. 

Scholarship recipients from the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Rockhurst University include Gabby Corday and Megan Skoch.

Scholarship recipients from the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of Kansas include Jaden Anton, Dylan Bastian, Kassidy Bruey, Emma Cornwell, Olivia Cramer, Taylor Hermsmeier, Claire Keeten, Kinsey Kuttler, Sophie Lawrence, Cameron Minihan, Mia Neaderhiser, Victoria Pezdirtz, Olivia Terryberry, Madeline Walker, Addison Ward, and Ashlyn Zachgo.

Scholarship recipients from the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of Missouri-Columbia include Lara Beussink, Marc Binder, Torey Clogston, Nichole DeKoster, Camille Gudde, Claire Heckman, Alaina Lamb, Maggie Lewis, Emma Moore, Rylie Othic, Madison Parker, Sara Pisoni, Ana Rembecki, Jodi Spear, Emma Sullivan, Reese Watkins, Andre Whitley, Caitlin Wilmes, and Danielle Wrensch.
